His continued educational training includes, implant treatment, endodontics (root canals), periodontal care and surgery.
Dr. Young is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals of all ages. Comprehensive care requires attention not only to the teeth, but also the supportive bone, gum tissue, bite forces, TMJ, head, neck, throat and surrounding muscles. Dr. Young finds that by following “good engineering” principles, and placing teeth, joint and muscles in proper harmony, patients can have amazing smiles that can last a lifetime with good home care and regular checkups.
Over the years, Dr. Young has participated in many voluntary activities in the community and in his church. Having earned his Eagle Scout as a youth, Dr. Young has also served many years in the scouting.
Annually, he enjoys participating in the “Give Kids a Smile” program, by providing comprehensive care to several middle school children who have limited access to care.
Dr. Young enjoys mostly just being with his wife and children. They love to spend time fishing, gardening, and raising a few cows. He and his wife love spoiling their grandchildren.
